From our pint-sized Opera program for young children to our Community Night at the Opera event, Arizona Opera will help create your family’s greatest memories.is also available.


Pint-sized Opera | An hour-long program for young children and their families to help develop a dynamic love for making music and musical storytelling through the interactive teaching of song, melody, pitch, rhythm and timbre.



Mainstage Opera Enhancements | Interactive behind-the-scenes experiences can engage the opera aficionado and the novice. These additional experiences can help the participants more fully appreciate the artistry and athleticism of all the elements involved in the fine art of musical storytelling.



Pre-Opera Lectures | Get the full story by joining other opera-goers at our
complimentary pre-opera lectures at Symphony Hall in Phoenix and Tucson Music Hall. You will have the opportunity to listen to Arizona Opera’s engaging Director of Education present an entertaining and informative lecture on the opera you are about to see. The lectures are included in the cost of admission and are scheduled one hour prior to each performance. Reservations are not required.



Talk Backs | Your opera experience doesn’t have to end when the curtain goes down. Arizona Opera’s Talk Backs offer an opportunity to hear performance insights directly from principal artists, designers and directors. To enjoy this interactive experience, please move towards the front of the theater after each performance. Enhance your experience by attending post-performance Talk Backs, whether you’re a newcomer, opera aficionado, or anywhere in between.
