Arizona Opera has teamed with Chef Gabriele Bertaccini, President and Executive
Chef of iL TOCCO FOOD & CULINARY MISCHiEF to offer a 4-course, intimate,
opera-themed dinner featuring wine pairings and special guests following each of the
Sunday performances in Phoenix. The menu and downtown Phoenix location are
top-secret and are revealed only to participants.
Each dinner also features a special surprise guest from Arizona Opera! Will it be a
leading soprano? The artistic director? You’ll have to attend to find out!

Gabe launched the CULINARY MISCHiEF series, Arizona’s first invitation-only
underground roving event and this is his first partnership with an arts organization
in Phoenix. A portion of the proceeds from each dinner benefits Arizona Opera, a
501c3 nonprofit arts organization. Dinner guests also receive a promotion code for
discounted tickets to Sunday’s Opera performance.
