Arizona Opera announces auditions for the following:
 

Assistant Principal Bass

27 projected services for 2023/24 Season*

2023/24 Season per service rate:

Assistant principal: $138.42
Plus per diem, travel and hotel stipend per CBA

Applications are due Thursday, January 18, 2024. Assistant Principal Bass auditions will take place on Monday, January 22, 2024 at the Arizona Opera Center. Times will be announced prior.

Solo repertoire:

• A dance movement from any cello suite by J.S. Bach (No preludes, no repeats)
• Exposition of the first movement from any of the following concerti:
  • Bottesini Concerto No. 2
  • Vanhal (C major OR D major)
  • Koussevitzky
  • Dittersdorf
