As a repetiteur and vocal coach, Vlad Soloviev has spent two seasons at Canadian Opera Company’s Ensemble Studio (COC), where has served as music staff on mainstage shows, including Tosca, Gianni Schicchi, Madame Butterfly, Carmen, Salome, and The Magic Flute. In addition to his work with the COC, Soloviev serves on the music staff of the Highlands Opera Studio and Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, and coaches at the University of Toronto Opera School and the Glenn Gould School. Soloviev makes his home in Toronto with his wife, infant daughter, and grumpy cat.
