Join us as we revel in the wit and whimsy of Leonard Bernstein's Candide, affirming that the path to true happiness is seldom straight. Free drink tickets are limited to the first 80 people who attend the reception at Symphony Hall, Phoenix. Cash bar available for all other drink sales.
NOTE: Already have your Candide tickets? Want to use your Bold Card? Not to worry! RSVP to the pre-performance fête by emailing rsvp@azopera.org and show up early to receive your free drink ticket. If you bought your tickets using the OPERAPRIDE promo code, you do not need to RSVP for the pre-performance fête - we've got you!

General Timeline:
5:30 p.m. – Event begins; the first 80 people to arrive receive a free drink ticket
6:00 p.m. – Welcome and invitation to attend Pre-Show Lecture on Candide that begins at 6:30 p.m.
6:45 p.m. – Raffle winner announced and performance introduction
7:00 p.m. – Reception concludes. Get ready to enjoy Candide!
Guests are free to come and go from the reception, however:
If you plan on arriving before 6:15 p.m.
Please enter Symphony Hall from 2nd Street through the glass doors (to the left of the Box Office) located directly at the top of the ramp. A staff member will be at the door to greet you, scan your ticket for Candide, and cross your name off the guest list.
If you plan to arrive after 6:15 p.m.
Please proceed through the lobby to the East Terrace doors. These door are located directly across from the coffee bar, near portal 8. A staff member will be at the terrace doors to greet you.
