Symphony Hall is a multi-purpose performing arts venue that is part of Phoenix Civic Plaza and the Phoenix Convention Center. The Hall is the home of the Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Opera, and Ballet Arizona, and the site of numerous other performances.

Metered Parking
There is ample street parking in downtown phoenix. All meters and pay stations are enforced by the City of Phoenix 8 AM to 10 PM daily, including weekends and holidays.

 

Public Transit

The Valley Metro Light Rail is a great way to get to and from you downtown destinations. For Symphony Hall, exit the Light Rail at the 3rd St/Jefferson stop and walk about 6 minutes, 1,398 feet to Symphony Hall. Visit valleymetro.org for a more information.

Phoenix Convention Center Security Policy (Symphony Hall Performances Only)

For the safety and security of all patrons, Phoenix Convention Center & Venues has implemented a screening process for all public shows at Symphony Hall. All guests will pass through metal detectors to screen for prohibited items. 

  • Clutch bags no larger than 8.5” x 5.5” and clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are permitted.
  • Medical and family bags are allowed.
  • No other bags are permitted and all bags are subject to search.

Accessibility Services

Symphony Hall strives to be accessible to all patrons and offers services to ensure that everyone can enjoy the facilities.

  • Power assisted doors are available off 2nd St. and 3rd St.

  • Assisted listening devices are available at every performance. Please ask Arizona Opera staff or ushers for assistance.
  • Passenger elevators are located throughout the venue.
