Rusalka Feast
Your hosts for this Eastern European Feast are Evie Stefenson-Marquart and Ed Marquart. Evie is very knowledgeable about Eastern European foods, and her eye for beautiful plating will combine to give you a taste of what Rusalka may even have tasted when she left her underwater home and came on land to be with her beloved. The little mushroom pieroszky are shaped like half moons and will be a tribute to the gorgeous aria sung by Rusalka as the Song to the Moon. Join Evie and Ed for this unique dining experience in their Foothills home.

About Opera Feasts
Opera Feasts, now in their 9th season, are dinners held in private home themed to the operas of the Arizona Opera season. They are a major fundraiser of the Opera League. Our generous hosts donate all of their expenses so that 100% of the proceeds go to Arizona Opera. We have kept the price at $125 per seat and you get a tax deduction of $75 for every Opera Feast seat you purchase.
